Our Guarantee


Ball and Buck Brand products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Our guarantee does not cover damage, normal wear and tear, or abuse to the product.  Keep in mind, the guarantee is for the life of your product, not your lifetime. The lifetime is determined by the amount of use that you've acquired from your product. As our mission is to keep our products in use, not in a landfill, we will always try to repair your product before replacing it. Damaged items that fall outside our guarantee will be repaired at cost. If a product is worn beyond repair, we offer a 15% discount on the purchase of a new item of the same model.

Returns and Exchange Policy


We like to think that you will love every product as much as we do; however, we know that sometimes its just not a perfect fit. We're here if you ever have any questions, comments, or just want to let us know what you think. If something is not up to your expectations or does not fit, you can return or exchange.

Any unused product may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund or exchange.

Any unused product may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receipt.

Discounted and custom products are final sale and are non-returnable.

How to Return/Exchange


Whether you meet us in person or purchase online, we hope to make your experience enjoyable. If you do need to return or exchange items, please do one of the following options. 

  1. In-person: Whether you purchase in-store, at an event or online you can bring your purchase into one of our retail locations to return or exchange within the provided timelines. When you go in, please bring your receipt or order number and we'll take care of you. Of course, while you're there feel free to try on some of the newest items and let us know what you think. 
  2. Pre-paid Return Label: Many of our packages will come with a pre-paid return label. If your order came with a pre-paid return label, simply repackage your unused merchandise, include your packing slip (feel free to leave us a note, we love to hear your thoughts), and stick the pre-paid label on the outside of the package. No need to let us know that you sent it back, just bring to the appropriate carrier and we'll be on the lookout. Once received, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and a refund/store credit to be applied to your order. 
  3. Get in Touch: We produce in small batches where we can't have stock at all locations. Due to this, we ship from our various locations and may not have the ability to include a pre-paid return label. In this case, contact us at support@ballandbuck.com with your order number and the item that you would like to return. If eligible, we'll provide a pre-paid return label and you can follow the instructions in option #2.

Repair vs Replace



If a manufacturing defect is found, we will first repair the item to Ball and Buck quality. This is how the repair vs replace decision is made:

  • Our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. Repaired items will be subject to available parts and materials. We will do our best to match colors and styles, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact product back.
  • If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it - at our discretion. NOTE: Many of our customers become very attached to their Ball and Buck products, and do not want us to exercise the option to replace.
If your Ball and Buck product has special memories attached to it that make it irreplaceable to you, please let us know beforehand.

    Other Brands


    Should a non-Ball and Buck product that we carry not meet your expectations, please return it unused for a refund within 14 days or for store credit within 30 days; shipping charges will be deducted for all returns or exchanges. Damage due to manufacturing defects will be sent to the manufacturer for consideration. We do not guarantee non-Ball and Buck products.  When an item has been damaged, usually we are able to offer repairs for a reasonable charge. If the product is worn beyond repair, we offer a 10% discount on the purchase of a new item of the same model.
