Overview
Join Ball and Buck for an exclusive expedition at The Algar ranch, with a total of 60,000 acres, is located in the heart of Patagonia and at the center of the Red deer population. 30,000 acres of high fence plus 30,000 acres of free-range (with a surrounding of 7 million acres of fenceless land) means there is a lot to cover.
The region of Patagonia, in the southern Andes of South America, contains the perfect habitat for Red Deer, where they can be found free-roaming in abundance. It's mostly characterized by very open and big ranges. The stags can be spotted from a long distance, and the rutting season is usually very long (more than 60 days), providing ample chances to harvest a very nice trophy. The scenic beauty of the region, hilly terrain, and breathtaking views paints a perfect backdrop for the Red stag hunt.
We also offer 11 different species including Patagonian Dall, Axis deer, Fallow deer, Pere David’s deer, Blackbuck, Russian Boar, Patagonian Ram, Mouflon sheep and more. It's important to mention we hold the world's third-largest population of Pere David's deer and Algar is the only place in the world where Pere David's deer can be hunted free range. Hunts are conducted on 4WD vehicles. The final approach is done on foot.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that travel is prevented due to COVID-19, guests shall be eligible for a full refund or rescheduled hunt date. Otherwise, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchasing (reserving) your Signature Expedition as space extremely is limited.
