BALL AND BUCK POLICIES
Ball and Buck Brand products purchased in the United States are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Our warranty does not cover damage, normal wear and tear, or abuse to the product. Keep in mind, the warranty is for the life of your product, not your lifetime. The lifetime is determined by the amount of use that you’ve acquired from your product. As our mission is to keep our products in use, not in a landfill, we will always try to repair your product before replacing it with the same or comparable product. Damaged items that fall outside our warranty may be repaired at cost. If a product is worn beyond repair, we offer a 15% discount on the purchase of a new item of the same model (or comparable model if the same is unavailable). At this time, the customer is responsible for all expenses related to shipping.

Damage due to manufacturing defects of non-Ball and Buck products that we carry will be sent to the manufacturer for consideration. We do not guarantee non-Ball and Buck products.
