My new favorite jacket
My Anorak arrived just in time for my fly fishing trip to Alaska so I packed it up with the rest of my gear. The first day was set to fly out to some remote lakes and rivers. I wore the Anorak all day and absolutely loved it so I wore it every single day for the next 5 days of fly fishing. The guys in my group kept saying wow, does that ever look nice. How do you like it. Do you still like it. And then one evening one said, that's it, I'm buying one and ordered one on the spot. I'm back in Colorado now and looking forward to wearing it here and then headed back to Alaska in September for another week of fly fishing.

Get rid of that old fly vest
If you asked me what piece of clothing I get the most compliments on, it would be my anorak. The waxed cotton feels tough and substantial, but is lightweight and patinas beautifully. I've worn it on summer days tossing out flies and over a thick sweater ice fishing in the winter. The D rings are great for clipping your gear to on the water or your keys to when you're running to work. The font pocket is extremely spacious and easy to access and has room for your phone or wallet or a fly box. The added side zipper is a welcome addition and makes slipping this thing on and off much easier and proof that Ball and Buck really does field test their products and listens to the reviews from their customers.

Khaki Anorak 2.0
I don't fish, but this is still an awesome coat. Very stylish and keeps me warm and dry in the city. Perfect coat for commuting to work.
