Harrington jacket is great but not a poncho
This is an excellent jacket and I will be wearing it often for a long time to come. Its certainly weather resistant as advertised, but don't expect a rubber raincoat. It will soak through after ~10 minutes of rain and takes a long time to dry. It doesn't really repel water so much as slow it down.

Exactly what I was looking for
I’ve been looking for a classically refined 3 season jacket that can take the abuse of the field and can still be worn to a dinner date or work function. This jacket nails it. The quality you expect from Ball Buck, as always. Looking forward to cooler temps just to have a reason to wear it!!
