Join one of Nashville's premier in-store barbershop experiences. This is a shared revenue position for skilled, professional barbers who want to build a clientele in a high-end retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand preferences and recommend styles
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation per health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
