Order cut off and Processing time

  • Most orders placed before 1pm EST will ship same day, after the 1pm cutoff orders will ship the following business day. If you are in a rush please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Final price (Vat + Shipping costs) is calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. we do not have any hidden fees.

  • Shipping carriers: Shipstation, USPS, FedEx, UPS® 

2. Shipping Zone: United States

Shipping Rate and carriers: Free shipping for all Orders $250.00 and above. Vat excluded for Domestic Customers. Vat + Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times: We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:

  • Free Ground Shipping (5-7 business days) (Mon-Sun)– Available on eligible orders.
  • UPS® Ground Saver (4-5 business days) (Mon-Sun)– Cost-effective shipping with reliable delivery.
  • UPS® Ground (3 business days) (Mon-Sun)– Faster ground shipping option.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air® (2 business days) (Mon-Sun)– Expedited shipping for quicker delivery.
  • UPS Next Day Air® (1 business day) (Mon-Sun)– Fastest shipping for urgent orders.
  • We ship throughout the United States, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

Domestic Shipping

Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.

International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. within 48 hours.

Ball and Buck is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions).

Order Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@ballandbuck.com or call us at +1 (214) 404-7281 We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ballandbuck.com or call us at +1 (214) 404-7281 

 Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@ballandbuck.com or call us at +1 (214) 404-7281 

Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot alter the shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
