Gift cards may be purchased online or at retail locations and are eligible for purchases at any Ball and Buck location or at www.ballandbuck.com.
How To Redeem a Ball and Buck Gift Card
To redeem your gift card online, complete your check out like any other transaction. When you are ready to enter payment info, add your gift card into the promo code / gift card box. If there is any balance beyond the value of the gift card, please proceed to enter additional payment info.
To redeem in store, just come in and present your gift card or card number (email) at time of purchase.
If you are experiencing any issues redeeming a Ball and Buck Gift Card Online, please follow one of the options below to redeem your Gift Card online.
Gift Card Option 1
Send us an email to support@ballandbuck.com with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Full Name of who gave you the Gift Card (if known)
- Gift Card #
- Value of Gift Card (if known)
Please allow up 24 business hours for us to get back to you.
Gift Card Option 2
If you are pressed for time, please place your order and then respond to your Order Confirmation Email or send us an email to support@ballandbuck.com with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Order Number
- Full Name of who gave you the Gift Card (if known)
- Gift Card #
- Value of Gift Card (if known)
We'll then get back to you within 24-hours with a refund valid for the amount of your Gift Card. If there is a balance remaining, we'll make sure that is left on your gift card.
How to find your Gift Card #
Physical Gift Card:
If you've received a physical gift card, the number is below the barcode on the reverse side of the gift card. When communicating your gift card number please make sure to include all of the numbers.
Online Gift Card:
When you give a gift card, you receive an email directly to your inbox with the gift card number. This can then be shared or forwarded with the individual whom you are gifting the gift card to.
