Our classic Field Pant is a combination of hardwearing 12.29 oz mil-spec canvas and 8.25 oz TexWax shelter tent waxed cotton legs for full coverage brush protection. Crouch, crawl, hike, and hunt your best in these pants, they'll only get better with age.

FIT
- Modern straight leg fit for function and style
- 2 Piece waist band with 2" of extra material for easy letting in or out of waist if weight fluctuates
- 1" additional material at bottom leg for easy lengthening and shortening

Welt rear pockets, a Cordura® reinoforced seat and a two-piece waistband that allows for waistband tailoring to loosen or tighten by 1in are all built into the design of our field pants.

When we set out to create the perfect canvas, we didn't start with a design board—we started with history. Deep in U.S. government archives, we discovered the military specifications for WWII field tents and made that our blueprint.
Our 12.29oz Signature Canvas packs 190 yarns per square inch compared to most fabrics' 120-140, creating a dense weave that naturally repels water and resists mildew. The result is extreme abrasion resistance that feels substantial in your hands but won't weigh you down in the field.
This isn't theoretical durability—our canvas has been tested in Arizona's cactus covered terrain, Montana timber, and flooded duck swamps, emerging more beautiful with each adventure.

Waxed Cotton: Heritage Protection
Waxed cotton emerged from 15th-century maritime traditions when sailors waterproofed canvas sails with oil and wax. This time-tested process impregnates tightly woven cotton with specialized wax, creating breathable yet water-resistant protection.
Unlike synthetics, waxed cotton improves with age, developing rich patina and enhanced weather resistance. Originally used by fishermen and adopted by British motorcycle culture, it offers natural breathability without synthetic discomfort.
The fabric's self-healing properties allow minor scratches to disappear with heat and friction. When protection wanes, simple reproofing restores full performance—making it truly sustainable.
